Classes Available
Red Recital Versus Blue Recital: White Marsh Dance has two different recitals, so classes are listed by their assigned recital on the website so that parents with multiple dancers are able to ensure that their children are in the same recital.
To make things easier for registration, we divide classes into a RED recital and BLUE recital. There is one class that is in BOTH recitals, so that class is colored PURPLE (or listed as BOTH).
Invitation-Only Classes
NOTE: In order to participate in a Pointe Class, students must also participate in a 90-minute ballet, tap, and jazz class.
- Chapel Hill Monday 5:00-5:30 (Pointe Class) - Both Recitals
- Chapel Hill Monday 5:30-7:00 Class - Both Recitals
- Chapel Hill Monday 7:00-7:30 (Pointe Class) - Red Recital
- Chapel Hill Thursday (Advanced Pointe Class) 7:00-7:30 Class - Both Recitals
- Chapel Hill Thursday 7:30-9:30 (Advanced Class) – Both Recitals
Registration Costs
Tuition for the Recital Session is due in full at the time of registration and covers the entire Recital Session. The prices below include the full tuition for approximately 25-30 classes, as well as all rec. council fees, costume fees, recital fees, and a recital video fee. However, tuition does not include the dance shoes or dance attire that is needed for class.
- 30-minute Pointe Class - $75.00

- 90-minute Class - $375.00
- Advanced 2-hour Ballet/Tap/Jazz Class - $385.00

Calendar Information
Start Date
The 2025-26 Recital Session will begin the week of September 21, 2025.
All registered dancers will receive an e-mail with class details the week before classes are to begin.
End Date
The Recital Session will end with a recital, which will be held in April or May.
Once a recital date has been finalized, information will be given to all Recital Session participants.
Location
White Marsh Rec. Dance holds classes at two locations:
- Chapel Hill Elementary School: 5200 E Joppa Road, Perry Hall, MD 21128
- Honeygo Run Regional Park Community Center: 9033 Honeygo Boulevard, Perry Hall, MD 21128

Refund Policy
- A student who drops out before the start of the Recital Session will receive a full refund minus a $25 handling fee.
- A student who drops out within the first 3 weeks of class will be given a partial refund (half of their total payment will be refunded).
- A student who drops out after the first 3 weeks of class will not receive any refund.
